Nuvonis Vero Cell Banks (R&D and GMP)
Nuvonis provides GMP Master and Working Vero Cell Banks (MCB and WCB) for vaccine development and production that can be used as growth substrate for a variety of viruses applied in modern vaccine development. Both MCB and WCB banks are produced under serum-free/animal component-free conditions and are fully tested, including tumorigenicity testing at the end of production level (EPCB). These “ready to use” Vero cell banks can be purchased to speed up product development significantly, as GMP production of your product can be started without delay.
Nuvonis Avian Cell Banks (R&D and GMP)
Nuvonis has developed a novel continuous avian cell line from quails that is suitable for the production of a variety of viruses. Avian cell banks can be used to replace Chicken Embryo Fibroblasts (CEF) or cultivation in embryonated hen’s eggs. Both MCB and WCB banks are produced under serum-free/animal component-free conditions and are fully tested.
