Joachim Seipelt is responsible for Business Development at Nuvonis. Joachim, please explain your role roughly.
In one word: my role is a typical interface function. I’m the intersection: On my desk and phone many different tasks and priorities meet. I’m responsible for business development, acquisition of new customers and coordination of all employees.
What was the most successful experience with Nuvonis so far?
First, I’m proud that we can offer outstanding and unique products to our customers. When working on development projects, the time frame is always a critical part. We developed a cell bank for an important customer and within that time-critical project we were much faster than expected. This proofed that our way of setting up and coordinating projects is successful.
What are the main advantages of Nuvonis?
In nearly every industry, time and money are the limiting factors. With our work we can add value by speeding up the process: Production for clinical test is immediately possible. We reduce time-to-market tremendously with our cell banks. In the end, we help making vaccines available faster for the benefit of the patients.
What do you love most about working for Nuvonis?
We are a small team with complex expertise. Our experience is complementary and kind of unique. I call it a good day when developing things further, bringing people of different branches and backgrounds together.
